They have this sense of passion in whatever they do.<br />They seem always ready and calm in facing the comments from the chairperson.<br /><br />Luckily I have my senior assistant, mr adnan who can cope with stress a lot better than me and calm enough to help smoothen our presentation. I really admire his ability to work under pressure and come up with exceptional presentation within a very limited time frame. As what the other members said, to me " dun worry munirah, u have a very good boss.. u r in good hands.." Truly. they r right. 100%!<br /><br />At last, our presentation went well.. our Overbudget proposal is now back to 15 ooo... what a relief! :-)<br />As a surprise bonus: I was appointed the Head Trainer (JU) for SBP Southern Zone Drama...<br />Am i ready for this? I hope so. I do hope this will lead my career to fluorish even more.<br /><br />I learn a lot of things during this meeting... I drove through nitar n kahang ALONE.. i repeat ALONE..<br />i was scared but as what ppl usually say..<br />when u hv no choice.. u just HAVE to do it!<br /><br />ABAH reminded me for the COUNTLESS time to take the GUTHRIE exit..<br />but as expected.. i missed it! Skim the passage.<br />2. Read the question (what do u have to look for?)<br />3. Scan and underline points (5-7 points).<br />4. Eliminate distractors in the points' sentences (eg: adjectives, adverbs, examples,elaboration)<br />5. Find 2-3 words that you're sure you can replace with synonims.<br />6. Lemme tell you.<br /><br />1. New Principal (Tn. Haji Abu Othman Bin Ibrahim)<br />2. New PK 1 (Pn Hjh Fazidah Sani)<br />3. New PK Hem (En Ahmad Adnan Ahmad Aras)<br /><br />U see, New Leadership + New Admin Style = I find myself in a very very strange place.<br />Hope it will not be dark and scary.<br /><br />Ooopss! Not forgetting a bad news for me...<br />They made me The Head of the English Panel!!!<br />I have only set my foot in LAST YEAR!!!!<br />I have merely 1 year experience teaching guys!<br />What were they thinking???<br />Seriously I can't understand this myself.<br /><br />This is going to be a bumpy ride.. last year's PMR result for English is not that great..<br />We add about 18 more A than 2009 candidates.<br />But the increase is very minimal.<br />The principal is expecting a lot this year.<br />DEAR COLLEAGUES, WE HAVE TO WORK HARD.<br /><br />Classes:<br />Ha Ha...<br />Taking PMR Classes again..<br /><br />3 Alpha<br /><br />Well mostly dedicated and easy to manage. 30 Students. I do have high hopes for these lot.<br />Khuzaifah is still the same chirping bird but now he has a partner: Syaukat. So its gonna be chirpier. he he. Aisyah n Islamiah are inseparable but they split and sit with new partners this year. Bella is still the cutest of them all. Here I almost feel like i am flying as lesson was held almost without hiccups. Hope they wont lemme down.<br /><br />3 Gamma<br /><br />This is my biggest challenge this year. I want all 18 of them to get A. I am on my way to dicipline this lot. I want them to realize that in order for me to help them, they have to decide to help themselves too! Worries me: Sleepy ZIZI, Cheeky MIRA, unreadable ARIF, hurmmmm... Chaiyokk!<br /><br />2 Alpha<br /><br />First time teaching this lot. Cooperative. Cheeky. BUTTless boys! If they hv finished their work, they wont sit! waaa... i need to give them LOOTTTZZZ of work just to keep them glued to their chairs!<br /><br />2 Beta<br /><br />As usual the YB Rafi n Nadzra... Silent MIMI... Diligent Rizal... Talkative Haziq n Syafiq n Ika...
